Your shop's data is yours. This page explains plainly what we store, what leaves your device, and what we never do.
What we store

What we never do
- We never sell your data, or your customers' phone numbers, to anyone.
- We never send messages to your customers on our own. You approve and send every WhatsApp reminder yourself.
- We never ask for your OTP, password or bank details. Nobody from Selvi will ever ask you for these — if someone does, it is not us.
About the AI features
When you ask Selvi a question, a summary of your shop numbers (totals, low-stock items, who owes the most) is sent to an AI provider to generate the answer. It is not used to train their models and is not stored by us beyond answering you. If you would rather this never happened, do not use the AI question feature — billing, stock and udhaar all work without it.
Card and payment details
We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to show you your data, correct it, or delete it. Email wellcart.in@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 working days.
Retention
We keep your shop data while your account exists. If you request deletion, we remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records for tax purposes).
