These terms govern your use of Selvi ("we", "us"), available at https://selvi.software. By using Selvi you agree to them.

1. What Selvi is

Selvi is software that helps a shop record bills, track udhaar (customer credit), manage stock and generate invoices. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not an accountant, a tax filing service, or financial advice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the phone or device you use to access Selvi and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 and operating a legitimate business.

3. Your data belongs to you

The bills, customers and stock you enter are yours. We do not sell your data or your customers' contact details. You can export or delete your data at any time.

4. Accuracy and responsibility

Selvi records what you enter and what you speak. You remain responsible for checking that bills, prices, tax rates and GST filings are correct. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect entries, incorrect stock counts, or reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

5. Service availability

Billing, stock and udhaar work offline on your device. Cloud sync and AI features need internet and may occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Fair use

You may not resell Selvi, attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful trade.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app. Prices for an already-paid period will not change mid-term.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India.
